Conference fees are nonrefundable unless the event is canceled.

Deadlines are by 11:59pm PT on the dates listed. 

Student rate eligibility: The student registration rate is reserved for individuals whose primary role is that of a student or trainee. Professionals who have already completed a terminal degree, are practicing, or have practiced in their field are not eligible for the student rate, even if they are enrolled in an additional academic program.
