Presenter InformationOral Presentations: Oral presentations are 20-minute formal talks. This time includes 15 minutes for presentation and 5 minutes for Q&A. Poster Presentations: Poster presentations will occur during the poster session on November 6, 2025 from 6:30-8:30pm. Standard poster dimensions are 36in x 48in. We recommend using a poster template before adding your information. There will be no printing on site. Panel Presentations: Panel presentations are 70-minutes in length. Panel organizers may determine the appropriate format based on their topic; however, panel sessions must incorporate meaningful interaction with attendees to ensure active learning and audience engagement throughout the session. *Oral and panel presenters: Please bring your own device (laptop or tablet) to display visual materials. |
